Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information about our return policy.

HOW?

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags.

RETURN PROCESS

If you would like to request a return, please contact us by email at:info@betterworldformeandyou.sk . After receiving your request, we will send you a DPD return label. If you decide to use our return label, the return of the goods will be free of charge and we will be responsible for the safe transport of the package.

If you would prefer to use your own courier service, such as the post office or other private courier, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and the safe return of the package to us will be your responsibility.

Slovakia

We strongly recommend that you send us a confirmation and tracking number so that we can ensure smooth processing of your return.

REPLACEMENTS

Once we receive your package and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty-one (31) days from the date of receipt of your item for returns to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
